With Denmark’s NIS2 Act now in force, board members and executive management carry explicit responsibilities for approving, supervising, and documenting cyber risk measures, as well as for ensuring that training is implemented across the organization.

The Act, which implements the EU NIS2 Directive, represents a major shift in the regulation of cybersecurity for both public and private entities in Denmark and across the Nordic region.
