Denmark has launched its largest ever defence procurement, a DKK 58 billion investment in ground-based air and missile defence systems. With binding industrial cooperation obligations (“ICC”), the decision will not only strengthen national security but also create significant opportunities for Danish and European defence and dual-use industries.

In this newsletter, Partner Thomas Mygind and Associates Jacob Kreutzmann and Kevin Lerbech Formann Kristensen provide an overview of the agreement, the Danish regulatory framework on ICCs, and key perspectives for investors and industry players.
