Sebastian Christmas Poulsen joins as Partner

We are pleased to welcome Sebastian Christmas Poulsen, attorney-at-law, as Partner at Moalem Weitemeyer as of 1 July 2024.

Sebastian will lead Moalem Weitemeyer's new strategic initiative on Family Offices and he joins along with his team consisting of attorneys-at-law Morten Risby Hansen and Maj-Britt Johansen as well as paralegal Ulla Hammer Mattesen.

Sebastian is one of Denmark's most experienced attorneys within family and foundation-owned businesses, with a particular focus on the planning and structuring of generational succession. He has extensive experience in corporate matters, in handling complex wills and testaments, and real estate investments.

Sebastian serves on the board of several companies, including Thylander Gruppen, Falsled Kro, Sisseck Familieinvest, and Linderberg Group among others.

Sebastian lives in central Copenhagen, just around the corner from Moalem Weitemeyer's office. Among Sebastian's hobbies are art, antiques, and hunting.
