Jacob Bier joins as Partner

We are delighted to announce that Jacob Bier, attorney-at-law, is now a Partner at Moalem Weitemeyer and also joins our Board.

Jacob is one of the most experienced lawyers in Denmark within M&A and capital markets transactions. In addition to his many years of experience as Partner in several of the largest Danish law firms, Jacob has also worked at the leading US law firm Fried Frank, at the global investment bank Greenhill & Co., and as Chairman of the Board in Zebra A/S (Flying Tiger Copenhagen).

Jacob currently serves on the board of several private and nonprofit organisations, including the Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession Advisory Board and the think tank Justitia. Further, he has the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court ⚖

Jacob is married to Line and has three grown children.
