We are pleased to welcome Andreas Hvid Clement, attorney-at-law, as partner at our Firm.

Strong Real Estate Profile
Andreas specializes in real estate and joins the Firm as head of Real Estate M&A. Andreas engages in domestic and international real estate transactions, property development, commercial and residential lease law, and general commercial and contract law. He has extensive transactional experience from the largest transactions on the Danish market in recent years. Andreas has the right of audience before the Danish High Court.

Andreas brings significant best practice and market insights, taking our Real Estate M&A offering to a whole new level, just as we expand the support of our M&A teams with top-shelf real estate and environmental due diligence capabilities, says Managing Partner Thomas Weitemeyer.
