"In order to understand why Moalem and Weitemeyer have chosen to reward their employees with a 25% salary raise and improved bonus arrangements, one must first understand the business model of a Lock-step firm.
We are what is called a Lock-step Firm, which means that all employees at the same seniority levels earn the same. This creates a "we" culture instead of a "me" culture."
