Kiran assists domestic and international clients in connection with renewable energy investments, especially in relation to project investments globally, including solar and wind portfolios, biogas and several Power-to-X-related projects.

Moreover, Kiran focuses on traditional M&A transactions in relation to business operations within renewable energy. Kiran also assists with the structuring and completion of transactions, including in connection with the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. In addition, Kiran has experience of national and international real estate and company transactions, development projects and general commercial and contract law.
