Australian Bodycare is a Denmark-based global skincare brand focused on solving common skin concerns through effective, problem-oriented products based on natural active ingredients. Ecooking is also a Denmark-based global beauty brand combining natural and organic ingredients with scientific effectiveness, offering high-quality skincare with a focus on simplicity and sustainability.

The combined group has a strong international footprint, creating a diversified and vertically integrated platform with significant potential for further growth across the Nordics and internationally.
