Moalem Weitemeyer acted as legal counsel to Montrose Environmental Group in connection with the sale of 100% of the shares in Montrose Environmental Group Denmark to the Swedish cleantech company Chromafora.

Chromafora Denmark is a Danish PFAS specialist and provider of technical solutions for the treatment of contaminated water.

Montrose Environmental Group is a NYSE-listed global environmental services company providing consulting, testing, remediation and water treatment solutions, including PFAS assessment and mitigation, to public and private clients worldwide.

Chromafora is a leading provider of advanced solutions for PFAS treatment in complex water streams.

As part of the transaction, Montrose Environmental Group became an investor and shareholder in Chromafora, establishing an expanded collaboration between the two companies.
