The hotel property located at Helgolandsgade 14 in the attractive and dynamic Vesterbro area of Copenhagen comprises a total of approximately 2,000 square metres and contains 76 hotel rooms.

The sale of the property reflects Thylander's focus on disciplined value realisation on behalf of investors in a strong market for Copenhagen-based hotels.
