DSV divests USA Truck, Inc.

Moalem Weitemeyer has advised DSV on the divestment of 100% of the shares in USA Truck, Inc. and its subsidiaries to UTAC, LLC.

The divestment follows DSV's strategic decision, announced after Q3 2025, to dispose the USA Truck, Inc. business.
