Moalem Weitemeyer advises Prosero Security Group on its acquisition of Sikret

We are pleased to share that Moalem Weitemeyer has acted as legal counsel to Valedo Partners owned Prosero Security Group in connection with its acquisition of Sikret A/S, a Danish locksmith business, as part of Prosero Security Group’s strategic expansion in the Danish market.
