Moalem Weitemeyer advises Nefab Danmark in the acquisition of FARUSA emballage

Moalem Weitemeyer acted as Danish counsel in connection with the Nefab Group's acquisition of Swedish FARUSA emballage through Nefab Packing Sweden and Danish FARUSA emballage through its sister company Nefab Danmark. The Nefab Group was advised by MAQS Advokatbyrå.

Nefab is a global provider of industrial packaging, logistics, and digital services. With the acquisition of FARUSA emballage, Nefab further strengthens its leading market position in Denmark and the Nordic region, improving its capacity within complete packaging solutions. 

Following the acquisition of FARUSA emballage, the Nefab Group now consists of almost 5,000 employees in 38 countries with an annual turnover of over SEK 10 billion (approx. EUR 885 million).
