Moalem Weitemeyer advised NETSCOUT Systems in connection with the sale of its entire significant strategic minority shareholding in Napatech which has publicly issued shares admitted for trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Euronext Oslo Børs).

NETSCOUT Systems is a global leader in performance management, cybersecurity, and DDoS protection solutions.

Napatech is the leading supplier of SmartNIC solutions used in cloud, enterprise, and telecom datacenters.

Moalem Weitemeyer also advised NETSCOUT in connection with the significant strategic minority investment in Napatech in 2023.
