Söderberg & Partners to acquire Assure Group.

Moalem Weitemeyer is advising Assure A/S, Assure Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, Assure Alternatives A/S and their shareholders in connection with the divestment of a majority stake in the two companies to Söderberg & Partners, a portfolio company of KKR and TA Associates. 

Assure A/S is built on a foundation of service, specialising in wealth reporting and Family Office solutions for high-net-worth individuals, foundations, companies, and institutions. Through Assure A/S' two business areas – Assure Reporting and Assure Family Office – ​Assure A/S​ provides independent wealth reporting and tailored Family Office services. Assure aggregate data from over 35 banks and report on assets exceeding DKK 170bn.

​Söderberg & Partners​ is an independent pension and insurance brokerage firm that offers advisory services in corporate pensions and business insurance.
