Moalem Weitemeyer assists DSV in acquisition of DB Schenker

DSV completed its transformative EUR 14.3bn acquisition of DB Schenker today, in turn creating a world-leading player within the global transport and logistics industry with a combined revenue of approximately DKK 310 billion (pro-forma 2024 financials) and close to 160,000 employees across more than 90 countries. DSV has a long track-record of successfully integrating acquired companies as an integral part of the company’s growth strategy. DSV's EUR 14.3 bn acquisition of DB Schenker is the largest ever Danish transaction. As part of the transaction, DSV also completed a historic EUR 5bn Eurobond transaction, the largest ever by a Nordic corporate, and a EUR 5bn accelerated bookbuild offering, the largest ever Nordic equity capital raise.
